We have used all recognised methods of ‘conventional piling’ and although successful with there installation, they have always proven to be slow and labour intensive, so we asked ourselves this question……….?

“Is there a quicker and easier way of installing a combi-wall but still achieving the same accuracy?”

We designed the solution in-house and manufactured the first auto levelling piling gate (ALPS) mounted on an excavator hitch. Now a patented install system, it has been successfully deployed on several projects for combi-wall installations:

TCL see potential time savings to be made versus the conventional fixed gate systems being considered, because our gate is 100% manoeuvrable it means we don’t need to be overly accurate with your barge movements along the pile line as the reach of the excavator can take up the differential to pile line set up.
