Trench Control have a highly versatile and powerful range of sheet piling rigs to suit all site conditions.

Our piling rig fleet offers a broad range of techniques to install both PU and AZ sheet piles, H-Beams and steel tubes.

All our sheet piling rigs have the capacity to pre auger soils to ease pile installation when required.

Pre Augering also helps to reduce the vibration to install the sheet piles.

We can adjust the crowd force with the leader mast system from 0 to max thus being able to react on changing soils (soil layers).

We can adjust the static moment from 0 to max – enabling us to adjust the vibrator’s centrifugal forces to actual demand.

We can adjust the hydraulic displacement motors which makes vibrator’s gear assembly to behave like an automatic drive in a car, shifting according to speed into the proper transmission thus transferring the supplied energy in the most efficent way to the pile.

We can set the vibration speed up to 2600rpm minimizing the transferring of accelerations into the ground.
